LeAnn Naillon

LeAnn Naillon has spent more than 25 years helping people, organizations, and communities discover their strengths, develop leaders, and expand opportunities for service. Her work spans nonprofit leadership, youth development, education, disability inclusion, organizational culture, volunteer engagement, and international exchange.

As the founder of Telos Coaching and Consulting, LeAnn partners with nonprofits, educational institutions, foundations, and community organizations to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, and community impact. A Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, she has facilitated hundreds of workshops, leadership experiences, and strategic planning initiatives across the United States and internationally.

Throughout her career, LeAnn has helped build and support volunteer-driven programs through organizations including the YMCA, Special Olympics, Rotary, and international leadership and exchange initiatives. She has served in leadership roles with Special Olympics, the National Council on Independent Living, and the World Independent Living Network. She has also supported U.S. Department of State-sponsored leadership and exchange programs through the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI PFP). Her work has connected her with educators, youth leaders, ambassadors, government officials, disability advocates, and community builders throughout Asia and North America, helping to build leadership, advance inclusion, and strengthen cross-cultural understanding.

LeAnn believes that service is one of the most powerful forces for connection and that every person has something valuable to contribute. She is passionate about creating opportunities for people to discover their gifts, serve others, and build stronger communities together.
